Smartlink on the jumped-in drone

If rigger jumps into the drone with installed smartlinked weapon, does she need anything to enjoy bonuses for it? And how to calculate bonus for wirelessly enabled smartlink? I highly doubt that one implanted into riggers meat eyes/installed in the goggles would be of any use, so it definitely shouldn't matter. Smartlink software, like all softs, on the other hand, is not really compatible with jumping in.
Sooo... How to tackle this? Anyone got any ideas?
