Bluetooth Headset Issue

So I am having the following issue when playing online:
1) when the microphone is enabled, I cannot hear sound through my headset.
2) when I de-select the microphone, the sound works just fine. So essentially I can't have both.
Both work normally on my local PC, but not when I am on the shadow. I have played around with so many settings and absolutely nothing is work. I've updated drivers, disabled different mics, etc.
Any help much appreciated.
