So I've been trying to start my shadow PC for probably close to 12 hours now throughout the day and it's not starting.

it's loading up like it's going to start and signing me in but it is not turning on and I keep getting a 204 error and it's saying an unexpected error has occurred please try again or contact support.. which I did do and I have not heard back yet from them.

Is anyone else having any issues with this? I read somewhere there was an update but I didn't get the update when I turn my computer on today so can I manually do that?
