I was shadowbanned falsely because I had some links in a post. What can I do?

Reddit support has been no help, I’ve contacted them 3 times. I also got a PM that said a report I submitted was followed thru on, and as soon as I got that I also got something saying my shadowban will not be pre-maturely lifted. My posts have followed the rules, and that post was made with permission from the creator and within the rules of the sub. I’ve also never submitted a report before.
What can I do to get this all sorted out? If this happened because of something else, it’s unlikely but I’m unaware if so. It’s been weeks and no dice with support.
