Hi everyone,

  Thank you for all your support. I'm taking a brief hiatus. In 2021 a drunk driver ran me off the road, fled the scene. Two bones were broken in my spinal cord I was rushed to have emergency surgery as this could have left me paralyzed. Thankfully I'm just fine but in the past couple of years I'm getting extreme jaw pain, clenched, it hurts badly, Doctors throw pills at me but are too lazy to even care saying it's anxiety. So I had an appointment with a dentist to modify my jaw maybe a daytime splint, nightguard,, the works, and a referral to a neurologist.  Throwing meds at me isn't doing nothing but make me sleep. I have to get on my a game to be the  best  coach I can be and the best person I can be for myself.  All emails will be responded to promptly,  any sessions booked I will throw in an extra session free of charge for any inconvenience this has caused. Ty all for understanding and your patience!
