Here’s the long and short of it. They have shameful videos and pictures of me. Once they asked for money, I blocked them on my signal app. But they have my phone number and first name. They contacted me at that phone number, said the usual bs about showing my pictures to friends and family. I said I don’t know what they were talking about and said I’ll be contacting the police then I blocked them. Didn’t give them a dime. Should I be okay?

Thank you all for the advice. After doing some research I’m pretty sure it’s more than one person or a corporation of scammers. I’ll see how this develops and let you know. As of now I haven’t heard anything from them and it’s been a few hours since I told them “I don’t know who you are and I’m going to contact the police.” And then blocked them.
