I was on r/dirtyr4r and, like always, I got scammers. I don't fuck around with them. As soon as I find out, I dip and never share my pics or anything. Well, I forgot to block them and they confused me with one if their victims. From their message, it seems they're extorting 300 bucks from this poor guy. I reported it to Reddit, and tried to report it to the FBI for cyber crime, but I don't know the victim so I couldn't fill out the paper work. I'm at a loss as to what I should do. I feel so bad for this guy. I will say that one of the screenshots I was accidentally given did have the guys Instagram.
Edit: Besides reporting the accounts on both Instagram and Reddit, my local PD said that there was nothing I could do. I know the victim's telegram, but I think maybe I should stay out of it, but I don't really know what to do.
