So to preface this, I’m in a relationship that’s gone a little stale and was on adult friend finder looking around for fun (partner doesn’t know).

Random girl message me saying let’s txt and gave #. It was a red flag in my head, but the area code matched what was on “her” profile so I said f it. I proceeded to message her thru my Google voice number and she sent me a nude so I sent one back. Not too much just my junk a little out and about half my face otherwise I was clothed.

Right after they were messaging me saying not to make “her” mad or she was going to leak the photo to my facebook and relatives, and posted a short list of people with my last name as well as my name in caps. Only one on list I knew and I don’t talk to family like that.

As to my fb, all my socials have been locked down since highschool, as in all my socials are set to private. I’m not sure as to how they found me using a google number but they did. I immediately deleted and blocked all the texts as well as deleting my adult friend finder account so if they did leak my photo it’s one less thing for my girl to find.

I also forgot to screenshot the convo before deleting it off GV. And to delete my photos from AFF and report the fake account on there, I was getting paranoid because none of my online stuff is tied to anything personal of mine as far as AFF and the Email I signed up with. Only connecting thing was google voice, that’s tied to my personal email account.

Also I don’t have the photo I took because GV doesn’t save photos to gallery, I have it set up that way so no way to link it to that hashing site.

So just a couple of questions then,

1. I never gave them my # just google voice number, do I still need a new one. (Up to now no new messages from said spammer (20hrs))

2. As to my socials do I still need to deactivate them? Since they’ve been on private for as long as I’ve had them.

3. I was texting with my GV # but I’m not sure if they could still find my email from a text message let alone an online number. But do I still need a new email?

4. And ultimately what’s the odds of this photo leaking and my girl possibly finding out? She hasn’t said anything to me so I’m guessing they don’t know who she is nor how to contact her even if they did. I want to just say my google voice was hacked but I don’t know if that’ll work since I deleted all the spam messages.
