Salem was amazing! Highly recommend anyone to check out her services. I initially reached out about a rating, and she was prompt in response. We discussed the potential of changing the service to be a little more in-depth and catered to what I was looking for. Salem was super flexible with everything and very open to my ideas! Extremely helpful/kind in talking through everything. After everything was finalized, I was provided the total cost, and she provided all her payment methods again which were flexible. Payment was able to be issued and received quickly. Promptly after payment, Salem provided me a timeline of what to expect for delivery. There was a small hiccup in delivery, but Salem was incredibly communicative regarding the issue and kept me in the know the whole time. She even offered me compensation for the delay. After the initial issue, no other issues and my video was delivered on time. The video was exactly as we had agreed, and still surpassed all my expectations. It was fantastic!
