my idea is that its the first person to get KOed, which can either be signified by being pinned for 10 secodns or being unresponsive in a submission hold for 10 seconds, and the loser gets used and humiliated by the winner sexually. The actual fight wouldnt have any sexual elements allowed apart from stripping and anything to humiliate your opponent, but actual sex is not. HMU if u think this sounds fun :)
