It's sad violence of all forms and tragedies are happening to us.
Some stories are left untold. Those that see the light of day, you might see on your Twitter timeline or groupchats.
I've experienced a tragedy told a few times now. Sometimes, I didn't know what to say. I froze and kept my thoughts to myself.
More recently, something bad happened again and I felt the urge to say something. Felt bad or didn't know how to do it the right way so I deleted a thread.
Another provider tweeted: tragedy should not be a teachable moment.
If it were you, what would you have done better in expressing grief and sympathy for unfortunate events?
I wanna know how you'd do it...so I could do better too.
