Who wears a wig while working and how do you keep it on?
Post Body

Hello. I'm losing my hair so I want to shave it off and wear wigs instead, my only issue is how to KEEP THEM ON. In fssw I get hot, I get sweaty, I get upside down, I get in showers and pools (although it's easy not to get my hair wet) and saunas and jacuzzis and steam rooms. The occasional client will try to tug on my hair before I tell him to knock it TF off.

I have to go with a lace front as bangs are a huge "no" for me. I just want to make sure (before I shave it) that it is actually possible to keep a wig on while working.

My clients like a "natural" look 🙄 so it has to look as natural as humanly possible. I know clients are often dumb AF, but y'all know I'll get the one gd dude who is going to notice.

(I also have a whale watching date with a client and I don't want my shit to fall off in the cold wet ocean spray and wind)

If it helps at all. I'm SUPER pale, like.... I wear the ELF flawless finish foundation in Pearl. I try to do my hair away from my face (kind of 40's victory roll style) but I'm happy to change it if it means I can shave my gd head.

Any help or advice is appreciated. I have worn wigs before, but not at work so it's just never been quite so high stakes.
