Lost access to Tryst thanks to new phone, still waiting on reply to my request

Title says it all. I use Tryst for finding clients and I set up a 2FA on my phone. I had to get a new one recently because the screen cracked and the battery was failing, but because of issues with the cloud, my 2FA app no longer has my Tryst account linked to it. Thus I can’t log in. It’s been almost two weeks since I submitted my request to their support team and I’m getting stir crazy. Is this normal? (I have a free account for providers)
