Does anyone have the golden tip on how to edit out/blur tattoos from videos without it taking 56 business days?

I’m at the point where it takes SO long that I find myself just not wanting to shoot and upload videos, lol, but I don’t want to have them visible.
Anyone got any tips? Programs? Apps? Lifehacks?
