Can anybody share their screening process with me (redact the specific apps/services)

I thought my process was fairly on point but I've had multiple issues this week... Just wondering if I can change my process to avoid this reoccurring

Issues occurred

Payment - a client "recalled" a payment sent via bank transfer ( I didn't know this was possible)

Should I be immediately moving the payment to a separate bank account to prevent this? Like what can be done to prevent this??

Payment again- guy I've seen a few times tried to push boundaries turned up with less than the agreed fee and tried to pressure to continue the booking as "we have met before and get on and I'm a regular"

Overstaying allocated time - I'm normally VERY on this one but some guys really take the piss on piss and pull every possible tactic to delay ... I just won't ever see them again but any tips on how to get them out on this case
