Could this be a cop? Help please!

Client in his 60s wants to see me at 11 pm.
Booked in advance. Sent me deposit via Amazon gift card.
He gave me a # that seems real with iMessage & matches his name. He sent me his ID, wants to meet at his private residence. Told me to call him 5 mins before I get there
I did a background check. Clean background check, but zero presence anywhere.
I’d say he made the process pretty easy. Easier anyone else has……. Cop or serious booker?
