Alternatives to Google voice, and do they shadowban on there?

I've had a Google voice number for awhile I use for escorting.. I've noticed a drop in replies and texts on there over time. I wonder if it's possibly some sort of Google shadowban thing.. Does Google voice do that?
And regardless of that , is there another alternative I should look into for using anonymous number for escorting?
