i ended up hiring a manager about a year ago, and honestly, it’s been such a game-changer. they help me with everything from creating ads and marketing my services to keeping track of bookings, especially with higher-end clients, which can be more involved. plus, they manage my content streams, making sure everything’s up-to-date and reaching the right audiences, which takes so much off my plate.

having someone handle the back end (pun intended!) lets me focus on what i actually enjoy about this work, without getting burnt out on all the admin stuff. my bookings have gone up, and so has the quality of my client base. it’s also just a relief knowing there’s someone helping me navigate everything so I can focus on myself and keep things balanced.
