Hello fellow redditors. Thanks for stopping by. I am here for lifestyle advices.
Since my ex fiancé of 4 years left, and the post breakup depression took a serious toll on my mental health. I live by myself with my dog. And I started SW after breakup.
I have been anorexic. I only eat one meal a day, and even that is around 300 calories, usually junk food, takeout, or frozen instant meals.
I don’t eat fresh fruits, vegetables, or meat.
I don’t exercise at all, though I do walk my dog three times a day. Other than that, I spend the entire day lying in bed.
My house is a TOTAL mess, cluttered with random stuff. The sink is piled high with dirty dishes, and unthrown trash bags are lined up by the front door.
My sleep schedule is all over the place—some days I stay up all night, other days I go to bed at 9 PM and wake up at 5 AM, and sometimes I sleep for 15 hours straight.
I know I need to fix my life, but I don’t know where to start. Please help me.
