Should I let a client (borderline sugar daddy) stay with me for the last two weeks of my lease for $2500?
Post Body

Ok so moral of the story is he has been my client for 2 years. Excellent. Decent looking. Laid back. Has a government job. Own car place etc . Ever since I met him I’ve been his crush but he’s aware that he cannot afford me in a faithful girlfriend standpoint but does what he can (has spent over 40k in the last 2 years as well as paid for flights, bills, personal pleasures, car issues etc) .

We have became very cool and it’s always been respect . There’s times he’s booked me and we’ve just layed there laughing or watching movies or just talking . If we ever agree no sex it’s literally no sex . He won’t even try and if he does he’ll ask if I want to and pay double before anything starts up He wanted to start dating and I encouraged him to do whatever he likes. He basically got into a relationship with a non bionary stripper who basically lied and finessed her way into his crib caused him so much stress and bs all from her being a nuisance in the clubs to the point he broke up with her .

This crazy girl then torn up his couches, bed, ketchup on the carpet, nail polish remover on the carpet cut up all his clothes ripped up the teddy bear 😂 . I had stopped talking to him for a few months because I told him not to date her because she seems crazy and like she would try to k him if he tried to leave .

Basically he had to get a tpo on her because she kept coming back to the apartment , was sending endless messages and videos , was trying to key his car and so much other dumb stuff . The leasing office found out and he lives in a luxury apartment so they basically have a no tolerance policy when it comes to stuff like that (DV)and asked him to leave them evicted him after he didn’t leave . The sheriff hasn’t came to evict him yet and he’s still in his apartment.

So he had hmu asking me to read some paperwork for him which I read and then I had given him some local resources to call that can help him . I mean at this point we have a good relationship so I asked what was he going to do ?

He has other places etc but asked how much I would charge for him to stay 2 weeks. I said $2500. He said that is fine and I told him he’ll be in the living room and he said he knows. He’s been to my house a couple of times and has respected me Also note that I’m moving December 1st so I hand in my keys November 27th and he’s aware of that so I’m not worried about him over staying his welcome because I’ll be otw to another city with my family so he won’t be able to follow or come even if he wanted to 😂

What do y’all think ? I feel bad because he’s a great guy just doesn’t have enough monyon to keep me loyal to him . I’m actually seeing him at 7 today to collect the monyon because they said November 6th they’re coming to clear the apartment out so he said on that day after work he’ll come over . He had his dad and brother help him with putting stuff in storage so I shouldn’t expect him to come with a lot of stuff.

Fyi : I want to remind y’all he’s not getting evicted for non rental payment and got approved for a new place his brother helped him get . He has money and did tell me he’s willing to provide whatever it is I need to keep me happy 😃 I read the paperwork the sheriff sent him so ik that checks out . I want to know what y’all think and is two weeks too long is that not enough monyon ?
