Setting up a duo

I see a few Swers on a regular basis and wanted to have a duo with two of my favorites. They don’t know each other and I’m wondering how do I go about getting them together. Do we just show up and hope things work or should I arrange a date with us first that is just a meet and greet? Or should I just put them in contact with each other so they can meet on their own? Any advice would be appreciated
