Need suggestions and thoughts regarding “time of the month” What do you guys usually do ?

I’m conflicted because most of the time I don’t work on my period but people tend to always want full service when I only offer bbbj for the time being . Any advice ? I looked into the flex disk but I’ve seen mixed reviews so I’m a tad bit skeptical of it not staying in place .
