Don't sign anything wanting your signature online.

I found a few of my vids online again. Wrote to the addy on the page asking them to remove the content. One sent me a form to sign, but it was in Serbian. Lucky I ignored it, it was a model release form. I deleted the email and again said no, just take the vids down. Still waiting.
