Need answers about work photography

I'm working at a place that needs to put our pics on the website to get bookings. I never did this before though and my boss is saying it will take 2 weeks to get the finished product to put them on the website. I'm paying 400 for this. I don't mind but is that normal to take that long to get the pics back? Thanks 4 any replys
