Diabetes and working
Post Body

So I have T1.5 (lada), insulin dependent and wear a Dexcom sensor on my arm.

I generally get a few questions a week about my sensor, which doesn’t really bother me but I’m just wondering is there many other SW’s with diabetes (with sensors) how do you handle questions regarding it all.

And for clients would you find it a turn off if you found out about such things

Generally it only impacts my long bookings 3hrs as I need to eat, but shorter bookings I just eat before hand.

How do you mange it all and work

I work in Australia, mid price range as an alt goth chick in my 30’s
