How do you deal with anxiety that comes with the job?

I’ve been having really bad anxiety lately when I go out or meet new people. I feel like everybody who stares at me knows what I do. Uber drivers and their creepy looks and questions. Friends giving weird looks. It’s just so much. Not that I don’t like my job, but the anxiety is real. The thought that I might not be able to date anyone and be alone for the rest of my life also haunts me. I would really appreciate some advice here :)
