I only recently learned about this site and the fact that I have reviews on it. Basically all of the information is incorrect. It has me listed offering services I don't offer, at a rate that is not my rate, in a city I don't even live in.

Apparently, they literally give full control over all of this information to the very first random man who happens to come along and put it up??

They have an option to "claim your profile" for providers but it is linked to the phone number that is listed on the profile which I didn't even create! It actually is the number I use but it's an app based phone number and they are telling me that I cannot claim my profile unless I verify it by sending a text message to an international phone number, which the app cannot do.

Support was very responsive for a while but basically just a broken record saying that they couldn't believe that it's not possible for me to send an international text message they stopped responding.

This is super frustrating and I can't understand how they can give total control over MY information to some random dude with zero verification requirements... they don't even allow new clients to update the information when they write new reviews, it's literally all set in stone.

I don't know what to do...
