Am I Being Petty for Canceling When a Client Changed the Meeting Location?
Hey everyone,
I need some advice on whether I was being petty or if my decision was justified. I'm an escort and had a booking with a client. Initially, he told me we would meet at a hotel, which I was completely comfortable with. However, closer to the time of the appointment, he changed the location to his house.
This sudden change made me uncomfortable. I have certain boundaries and protocols I follow for my safety, and meeting at a hotel feels safer and more controlled for me than going to someone's private residence. Because of this change, I decided to cancel the appointment.
Now I'm second-guessing myself. Was I being petty for canceling over the location change, or was I justified in prioritizing my safety and comfort? I would really appreciate some outside perspectives on this.
Thanks in advance for your input!
