Hello all. I’m new to all this and just wanted some advice from anyone who would care to listen.
At what point when trying to arrange a date and you consistently receive no communication from the provider is it time to move.
Tried to arrange a date with a provider I’ve had my eye on for a bit in January. I suggested a range of dates in June to be flexible and give her some time to plan. And then I never heard anything from February, March, April. I followed up last week (final week of May) saying “I wasn’t gonna chase this down anymore out of respect for you (and myself). Feel like it would give off too many creeper vibes. And I do not want to come off as that at all. (If you know what I mean)“
Naturally I get a response the very next day with her saying we need to come up with a different day. This is after already fives month notice for my range of dates in June.
I responded in turn by asking her availability in what dates work best for her. And it’ll be a week tomorrow since I’ve heard anything back from her.
This is all leads to my question fellow internet friends. How long should I keep trying chase a provider down? It’s really disheartening as I really tried to plan something fun in advance and then it all goes down the tubes.
Or is this something commonly experienced by others when trying to plan?
