What’s your Incall cover story?

I have an Incall location in a relatively small apartment complex. There are 16 units. I try not to see more than 1-2 men a day, a few days a week, but at some point, neighbors or my landlord will wonder why I have so many men coming and going. What’s a good cover story? Home based business? If asked, should I tell sell multi-level marketing. I’m thinking because mlm is so annoying, it may scare them off asking me anymore.
