After doing a lot of research. I came to the conclusion that there isn’t exactly one way to protect yourself from being arrested.
Laws are different in every state. They have different budgets, rules, and these cops have the tendency to be dirty. (They can say and do just about anything)
Some say don’t talk about sex.
Some say it requires an exchange of money.
Some people say that no money has to be exchanged for you to be arrested.
Some say they only happen with outcalls but people have said that they’ve been arrested during an incall.
Some say that deposits won’t get you arrested, some say they have and will.
Some say just simply showing up will do it 🤷🏽♀️
I’ve even heard as much as cops having prosthetic body parts and even engaging in sexual contact prior to arrest.
I’m getting a bit redundant. I’m sure there are plenty of other examples. I just notice how we have the tendency in this forum to try and find loopholes, excuses, and justifications around this increasing problem. (Points finger at self)
There isn’t really a solution other than screening and apparently law enforcement is starting to get around that too.
BUT…. The one thing that I noticed was consistent throughout all of these stories was the INSTINCT.
I’m noticing a pattern of stories where people say they had a feeling and what do you know?
The truth is. If they want to arrest you. They’re going to. How everything will hold up in court is another story.
It’s been said that proof is required for a conviction, but…
It’s never about what you didn’t do. It’s always about intent and what they think you’re going to do.
Start doing research on your local laws regarding the matter and reading documentation from police and court cases, in regards to their methods. Nothing is foolproof but it’s a start.
What do you think about this?
