Anything to be wary of when asked to send a car?

Twice in the past few months I’ve been asked by the provider to send a car for pickup as well as provide a ride home. I hadn’t had that experience before.
Is there anything I should be concerned about as a client if I’m receiving this request. In both instances the provider was advertising as independent but clearly was working with an agency and not as pictures in the ad.
Would appreciate any insight.
