4B movement potentially leading to r4pe?

so I've heard a lot about the 4B movement and while I agree and sympathize with the women in the movement I fear that the reaction of men won't be "Oh I need to improve myself and be a better human being" but (at least at first) it'll be a violent reaction (r4pe), and since sex work (prostitution) is illegal in South Korea I'm actually scared for these women.
