Why do I get spam messages from onlyfans creators that are deleted shortly after?

I’ll get all kind of spam chats from them multiple times a day, and then when I check back a few hours later, the message is gone. They all do this.

It’s obviously from some kind of script, the chats all are the same. Maybe they have the same management agencies. Either way, I never respond because it’s obviously not coming from the model themselves. I’m not tryna talk to Arjeet from India 😂.

Is this some kind of strategy the management agencies use? Do they think it somehow looks bad to leave sent messages subscribers inboxes?
