Need help with the erotic review

I've been working on getting a post up on the erotic reviews photo only discussion board. My dilemma is with uploading an image url instead of an actual image. I tried imgur but it didn't have the correct image format (jpg, gif). Then i tried redgifs which has the correct format, but once I uploaded only a pic icon is shown and not the actual image.
