My booking processes are somewhat automated in which I have a booking form that confirms the appointment, auto-responders if I have my number on ads, and even I schedule tweets about a couple weeks in advance for social media, while I respond providers and maybe some reply guys.
For clients who text, does an auto-response throw you off? If so, can you explain your thought process as to why an auto-response could turn you off? Do you like booking forms?
What’s a pro and con of each?
I keep it in place due to volume, otherwise I’d be ignoring every message that comes through without the information I require to confirm a booking in like 3 messages 🫠
I like my processes to keep me sane and unstressed, but I’m always open to improvement! Especially since I’m pretty personable and cheerful in-person, so coming off cold might not be the best look (unless y’all like ✨Duality✨)
Thank you!
Edit: Thanks y’all for your perspective. Essentially, I’ll keep doing what I’m doing, but I’ll make a couple of edits here and there with my booking process!
Have a wonderful week!
