How do i stop getting these messages?!?

I’ve been getting these emails from scammers almost every day nonstop, it’s very aggravating. Does anyone know how to make this stop? I feel like if I just make another email, they’ll get to that one too. Do I just have to keep on dealing with it until I’m ready to retire? Thank you
