There are plenty of client inquiries posted here either for laughs, or seeking a judgment call from experienced SWs on their legitimacy. With the preponderance of time wasters that seek uncompensated attention from SWs, and the reasonably regular occurrence of 'sensible' inquiries that turn into bad experiences, it is very difficult for us SW to maintain a attitude of healthy skepticism to inquiries rather than outright sinicism. Case in point: recently I had this reoccurring inquiry from a client who wanted an outcall to their residential address(I normally only do outcalls to hotels etc.) and refused to travel into the city where my working room is. They offered to pay my taxi but refused to take a taxi themselves. They offered no satisfactory explanation why they could not leave home. In the past I have fielded inquiries from potential clients who where transparent about the fact they were serving time on 'home detention' and can't leave the property on account of their government monitored ankle bracelet. Because of the opacity of the this client's responses I eventually wrote off the inquiry as being another 'home detention' case. (I havent had the balls to do one of those yet!😂) Then one quiet night the client txts and, unusually, I didn't look back at our previous conversation, and hence agreed upon an outcall to the client's house. The client was harmless and sweet, and we had the best sex I've had with a client. Client extend from 1h to 2 and was begging me to stay overnight, which I would have done gladly if they had the coin for it. Anyway, it all turned into a great experience and new regular client, all of which my sinicism nearly deprived me of. Please share your stories of dodgy inquiries turned good....
