I did read the “how to find a safe provider” post (outlined in the rules).

I’m a really laid back client who has been in the hobby for many years. Recently, despite using reputable websites and doing my normal diligence, I sent 2 deposits only to be ghosted.

That part is unfortunate but the bigger frustration is that it seems the people who took the deposits also went on to post negative reviews somewhere tied to my phone number.

I’m really annoyed as I’m a fun, genuinely good dude who always treats providers with respect.

I have several refs - do I have any recourse on whatever sites these providers are using to do this?

Any suggestions on how to address this moving forward? I thought maybe just putting that info out there with refs to any new contact but I don’t know.
