Old rates on ads?
Post Body

This has come up frequently where I will see an ad on Tryst with one set of rates, but when I see the same provider’s ad elsewhere it has different rates and then on their website it’s different again, etc.

Obviously the easiest thing to do is just to reach out and ask for the rate for x amount of time, but then should you also let them know about the discrepancies? I feel weird saying “just so you know, the rate on Tryst is [amount $300 lower than what you just quoted me]” — like I’m complaining when really I just think it’s important for them to know that there are inconsistencies.

If you are a provider, how would you want a new client to handle this respectfully?
