I wanna get back into porn, but as other males/tops know it can be a hell of an endurance competition. Lots of thrusting, a healthy circulatory system to maintain erections, if you’re with a petite performer then there’s probably lots of tossing them around, picking them up, etc.
Im in nominally good shape, or at least pretty thin. I have a basic workout routine but I was wondering what other performance do for exercise? Just lots of cardio? Training for hypertrophy so muscles pop on camera? Plyometric training? Let me know what works for yall
