I'm in a really depressing situation. I'm a UK citizen who has a green card. However, I was recently given a administrative charge by CBP for SW back in the UK upon arriving into the states. I don't want to explain how as its very triggering.I am technically inadmissable, I am also currently in removal proceedings.
I came to start a better life, managing my dad's care home, however I cant now (need to take fbi background check & it may show) I am not eligible for waivers etc.
I have the option of leaving to go back to the UK & going back to Uni but I may be barred for sometime and will have to give up my GC. My mental health is deteriorating and I feel trapped. My prior SW is not something family can know under any circumstance due to personal beliefs & religion.
I'm hoping that someone here can give me some advice. What would you do in my situation? Would you stay and potentially be kept locked in the house for 2 years because your father does not trust you. No car privileges due to this ordeal. Stuck in a court system for 2 years, will find it hard to work & may be deported regardless, as well as your father remembering this for the rest of his life and telling your mother all at 25.
Or going back to your country? And no one would really know and you would have a normal life.
Thanks for reading guys. Please share your thoughts and suggestions.
