Here in Germany, SW is legal, but there are some strong rules. - Legal is only for nationals, or citzens from other EU Countries or for foreigners with legal residence and working permit in the country. - You must to register yourself in an special office in the city as a prostitute. Then you will be from them registered at the tax-office and at the social security and you have to pay taxes and the rates for the social security. - You can work in certain specified areas (including certain streets) only - If you do'nt fullfil these regulations you can not legally work as a SW.If you are a foreigner and the police catch you doing it, you will be arrested and after some days in a jail, the will deport you to your original country. Strong forbidding is pimping and to force somebody to work as a SW. Despite all these regultions, there are a lot of ilegal prostitution. Special there are criminal organizatios, specially from arabs and russians that smuggle girls from poor countries and obligate them to perform SW. They do that for very small money and is is an unfair competition to us the legal Sw. I write this, because I have sawn in some contributions here, from girls that wants to make a trip to europe, and here perform some SW. If somebody come here as a "tourist", can not work as a SW.
