I'm not sure if all the newbies are aware so I want to share a trick. Go to your local five below and pick up a pack of non toxic makeup sponges. Swap that out for a tampon or diva cup. If you Dont have a very heavy visit from aunt Flo this will hold all of the Red stuff and feel just like gods pocket When you want to change it or clean it simply squat and push. I do this every month it work perfect and I can work thru the visit with out any issues!!! That is all today.

yep, soft tampon sponges. makeup sponges are most commonly bleached & just not as good, they will work in a pinch
