OF promotion

How much promotion do you have to do to get an OF going and keep it going? Is there a market for average/mom bodies? IE loose belly skin, stretch marks, etc. I'm not visibly overweight, just the "standard" post pregnancy body stuff.
Long story short, my husband just lost his job today and I'm disabled so I'm considering it for fast money while we figure things out. If anyone has any additional advice, feel free to dm me.
