What type of work would you like to get done if you had unlimited funds?

Just random post for discussion. A co worker just inherited a bunch of $ and she's actually doing some smart stuff with it. i.e. paying off her condo/car but she'll have $ left and she's saying she's going to go full force with plastic surgery. Implants, BBL, lips, lipo etc.
Got me thinking on what I'd do if the $. I def would get a BA but just wondering if to much work done could actually hurt business because some guys just like that normal look but of course some guys like that porn star look.
