Major unpopular position here, but I'm not a SW idiot that isn't on birth control. Doing this job and not is just an accident waiting to happen and well, if you get pregnant, most of the time it's your own fault. It's like a cop or fire fighter going out and not wearing their protective gear. There are so many types of birth control out there, not being on one of them isn't an excuse.

Now for my even bigger unpopular view, if the guy wants to to bare, then they pay extra for that. Do I care about maybe passing on a disease...nope, that is their problem. I check them out for drips, sores, things that don't look right. If that happens, I either pass on the guy or they wear a condom. Down here where I'm working, most guys accept that condoms will be worn, but for those few, they are willing to pay extra. It's funny, when I was up in the states, most guys wanted, almost insisted on going bare. That's all, my rant for the day.
