What do you do about rude customers?

I have one thatās been buying Amazon wishlist items, but when I donāt reply after 20 minutes he gets angry. Saying things like āwell I guess I paid for nothingā etc. Should I block him?? Iāve already told him I felt disrespected/Iām busy or sleeping but it didnāt affect anything
