In short without doxxing this person. They have a neuromuscular disease in 4 limbs which makes exploring on themselves really hard. They have difficulty reaching “down there” for example. They’re looking for help in this matter so obviously need a sexworker that respects this, helps exploring, takes it easy and keeps integrity.

But what advice can I give them to find a sexworker in their area that is for one willing to do this and also so they don’t get used or regret it. How can they best explain their situation or approach it? Since it’s not your average “here is your money, let me just fuxk you.”

Understandably because of their illness finding a partner is hard. I have a disability myself, but nowhere near ‘as bad’, but they found me through a NSFW Discord and that’s why they reached out. Being disabled doesn’t mean you don’t have hormones and needs, they too deserve to feel and experience it imo. It’s just not as easy and straightforward.
