⚠️RANT INCOMING: You know what feels really freaking awful? Having my images/content stolen and used to impersonate me and scam people. It has come to my attention that someone has been doing exactly this. I cannot describe the disappointment, disgust and violation I feel. I do this as a form of art, self expression, creativity and passion. I am a human being and it makes me feel so incredibly hurt when I am not treated as such. I understand the internet is rough. I understand that I do choose put some images of myself out there for others to publicly view. This does NOT mean I give people permission to steal my pictures and pretend they're me to take advantage of people OR to leak my content. I have always tried to treat others with respect and kindness and I don't deserve this. No one deserves it. I am not a rich celebrity making bank sitting on my arse selling nudie pics and living it up (not that it would be any less despicable a crime and violation). I work god damn hard in order to survive in this harsh world. I deserve the recognition and credit for the content i create. Just like you deserve recognition and credit for the things you do and create. It is HARD to be a human at the moment. I have experienced homelessness, I've lost my job, I've faced discrimination, I'm dealing with my own trauma and mental health issues. I am a person who bleeds and feels like any other. I implore you to please really consider this when you are dealing with anyone on the internet. Identity theft, impersonation and leaked content is a real, it's damaging and a rapidly growing issue for small scale content creators everywhere. There are little to no safeguards in place to protect us, and we are largely silenced, shamed, censored, told we deserve it or we're asking for it. Every minute this continues to happen i feel totally violated and other people are getting scammed and tricked. It really makes me lose faith in the world.
